A foreign-invested enterprise in Đồng Nai Province invested over VND 2.3 billion in the purchase of three ambulances, which were subsequently donated to local authorities as part of a collective effort to strengthen the province’s COVID-19 prevention and control measures.
On July 28, the Đồng Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA) held a ceremony to receive three ambulances donated by a local enterprise in support of COVID-19 prevention and response efforts.
The three ambulances, imported from South Korea by Great Kingdom Giang Điền Co., Ltd. (Giang Điền Industrial Park, Trảng Bom District), had a total value of more than VND 2.3 billion. The vehicles were officially handed over to the Medical Centers of Vĩnh Cửu District, Trảng Bom District, and Biên Hòa City for immediate deployment and use.
Speaking at the handover ceremony, representatives of Great Kingdom Giang Điền Co., Ltd. stated that the company had been fortunate to maintain stable operations throughout the pandemic, while the COVID-19 situation in Đồng Nai remained more stable than in several neighboring provinces.
To date, the company has successfully implemented the “three-on-site” operating model, with more than 90% of employees voluntarily remaining on-site. Employees have gradually adapted to living, dining, and working within the company’s facilities, enabling production activities to continue safely and efficiently during the pandemic.
