5. Intellectual Property & Tooling Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Customer-provided designs, drawings, specifications, trademarks, and brand assets remain the property of the customer or rightful owner.

• Great Kingdom does not claim ownership over customer intellectual property used for OEM / ODM production.

Design adjustments, process improvements, fixtures, jigs, molds, tooling, or engineering refinements developed by Great Kingdom are created solely to support manufacturing execution.

Ownership principles apply as follows:

• Customer-provided designs → owned by the customer

• Manufacturing processes, know-how, and methods → owned by Great Kingdom

• Tooling, molds, and fixtures paid for by the customer →

  • allocated exclusively to that customer’s projects, and

  • stored and maintained under Great Kingdom’s custody and operational control

Tooling may not be removed, duplicated, or transferred without mutual consent and settlement of outstanding obligations.

Where tooling is co-developed or jointly funded, ownership and transfer terms shall be defined in a separate tooling agreement.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that submitted designs do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights and agrees to indemnify Great Kingdom against any claims arising from unauthorized or improperly licensed designs.

6. Product & Capability Information Disclaimer
Information provided on this Website is general in nature and may change without notice. Final specifications, tolerances, finishes, and production outcomes are determined only after technical review and approval.
