Client Inquiry & Specification Assessment
• The sales team receives and reviews the customer’s inquiry, including product category, design preferences, payment terms, trade conditions, order quantity, and delivery schedule.
• Initial discussions are held to clarify project objectives and any customization needs.

Design & Technical Review
• The R&D team reviews drawings, specifications, or reference samples.
• Adjustments are made to meet ergonomics, durability, safety and market compliance standards.
• Engineering validation ensures the design is both manufacturable and scalable.
• Compliance checks cover requirements such as load-bearing, coating safety, and environmental standards.
