Đồng Nai – On November 16, the Grassroots Trade Union of Great Kingdom Giang Điền Co., Ltd. convened its Second Trade Union Congress for the 2025–2030 tenure.

The Congress was honored by the presence of Mr. Nguyễn Đức Thắng, Vice Chairman of the Đồng Nai Provincial Federation of Labor and Head of the Industrial Parks Trade Union Committee, and Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Đại, Member of the Standing Committee of the Đồng Nai Provincial Federation of Labor and Deputy Head of the Industrial Parks Trade Union Committee.

During the 2023–2025 term, the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union worked closely with company management to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees. Through the effective implementation of workplace democracy regulations, the organization of employee conferences, and the negotiation of collective labor agreements, the Trade Union contributed to enhancing employee welfare and improving income levels. The Committee also recognized and commended outstanding individuals and teams for their achievements in the “Good Labor – Creative Labor” movement, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

In addition, the Executive Committee actively explored new approaches to modernize trade union operations, including enhancing union membership management, employee engagement, and internal communication initiatives. Particular emphasis was placed on leveraging information technology and digital transformation to improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of trade union activities, ensuring alignment with the evolving demands of industrialization, modernization, and global integration.

At the Congress, delegates elected the Second Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union of Great Kingdom Giang Điền Co., Ltd. for the 2025–2030 term, comprising seven members who will continue to represent and support the interests of union members and employees while contributing to the company’s sustainable development.
