The effective initiatives carried out by grassroots trade unions across the province have helped build trust among workers and attracted an increasing number of employees to join the Trade Union.

Supporting union members in times of hardship

At Great Kingdom International Corporation Biên Hòa, located in Biên Hòa 1 Industrial Park, we have long been committed to supporting the well-being of our union members and employees. For many years, the company has consistently maintained regular visits and timely assistance for workers facing illness, workplace accidents, or significant family occasions such as weddings or bereavements.

Mr. Lương Ngọc Hồi, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union, shared that each month, union teams identify employees in challenging circumstances. The Trade Union Executive Committee then consolidates these needs and works closely with company leadership to ensure appropriate and meaningful support is provided.

In addition, Great Kingdom’s Trade Union collaborates with management to provide school supplies and scholarship programs for the children of low-income workers who demonstrate strong academic performance and positive character. Each scholarship, valued between 2 and 5 million VND annually depending on education level, reflects our dedication to empowering the next generation.

These initiatives not only encourage our workers' children to strive for excellence but also strengthen morale among our workforce—reinforcing a culture of care, stability, and long-term commitment within the Great Kingdom community.
