Y.M. Tsai serves as the President and CEO of Great Kingdom International Corporation, where he oversees the company’s global strategy, manufacturing operations, and long-term initiatives. Since joining the organization in 1996 in Dong Nai Province, Vietnam, Mr. Tsai has been instrumental in transforming Great Kingdom into a globally competitive furniture powerhouse. During the foundational years of Vietnam’s industrial emergence, he established the robust frameworks for production cost planning, operational management, and quality control that remain the pillars of the company’s management philosophy today. In 2011, he spearheaded the integration of UV printing technology into the company’s paint shop operations. This strategic move expanded capabilities across multiple product categories while significantly enhancing manufacturing efficiency, energy performance, and environmental sustainability standards.

In 2017, he orchestrated the company’s most significant capital investment to date: the development of a state-of-the-art manufacturing campus in Giang Dien Industrial Park. This expansion was designed to accelerate automation, optimize operational flow, and fortify supply chain reliability for the global market. Under his leadership, Great Kingdom has secured enduring partnerships with world-leading furniture retailers and premier e-commerce platforms. Mr. Tsai remains dedicated to operational excellence and sustainable growth, focusing on the development of advanced, scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of global clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in Materials Science and Engineering, from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. He currently resides in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, with his wife and two children.
